Come tutte le altre volte da oltre due anni, \u00e8 ripreso per modo di dire, in quanto non \u00e8 andato avanti di niente, ed \u00e8 stato nuovamente rinviato. Il giudice unico Maria Francesca Mariano, che \u00e8 ritornata titolare del procedimento ha disposto appunto un rinvio accogliendo le istanze degli avvocati difensori che lamentavano un &#8216;difetto di notifica&#8217; per l&#8217;udienza in corso.
